This notice explains what Rarecraft collects through rarecraft.ai and what we do with it. It’s short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• What you type into our contact form: your name, your email, your company or website if you add it, your message, and the options you choose.
• What you enter when you book a call through Calendly, such as your name, your email, and the time you pick.
• Basic visit data from Google Analytics, such as the pages you view, how you found us, your general location, and your type of device. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.

How we use it

• To reply to your note, schedule and prepare for your call, and follow up on your inquiry.
• To see which pages are useful and improve the site.

We don’t sell your information, and we won’t add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who else handles it

A few service providers help us run the site. Hostinger hosts the website and stores contact form messages, our email provider delivers those messages to our inbox, Calendly runs our booking calendar, and Google runs Google Analytics. Each one handles your information under its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages and booking details as long as we need them to answer and follow up on your inquiry, or for as long as we work together.

Your choices

To see, correct, or delete what you’ve shared with us, email claire@rarecraft.ai. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
