HOW OUR MARKETING SPRINTS WORK Sprints, so something is always shipping.

Each sprint goes from evidence to plan to build, then a look at how customers responded. AI widens the options, and senior people pick the priority and review everything with you before it goes live.

ENGAGEMENT OPTIONS An audit, a project, or an ongoing team.

Most work starts with a Growth Review. From there, pick the shape that fits.

TIMELINES AND UPDATES You’ll always know where things stand.

Agencies tend to promise fast and deliver late, or deliver on time and cut corners. We tell you how long the work will take, what’s happening this week, and what’s slipping, before you have to ask.

Scope, fee, and a named lead are agreed up front, with specialist and media costs in the proposal.

OUTSOURCED MARKETING FAQ Questions about outsourced marketing.

What is a Growth Review?

A marketing audit in two steps. The public review uses what anyone can see and needs nothing from you. The deeper review uses your numbers and account access. Both end with a plan you keep.

What does it cost?

The Growth Review is free. Most engagements run $5,000 to $10,000, as a one-time project or a monthly fee. Smaller, focused jobs start at $2,000. Larger programs, with several channels, AI and technology build-outs, and specialists, run $10,000 to $20,000. We work on fixed fees, and we can add a performance bonus or revenue share when results are clear to measure. We never charge a percentage of your ad spend, so we have no reason to push you to spend more.

Do you take a percentage of ad spend?

No. Many agencies charge 10 to 20% of what you spend on ads, which rewards them for raising your budget. We charge a fixed fee, sometimes with a bonus or revenue share tied to results, so we only do well when you do.

How is Rarecraft different from an agency, a freelancer, or a fractional CMO?

A fractional CMO sets direction but usually needs someone else to do the work. An agency does the work, often in one channel, and waits for direction. A freelancer covers one skill. Rarecraft does both jobs: senior marketers set the strategy and run the work, then bring in specialists from our network when a job needs them. You get one lead, one team, and one fee.

Can you lead our marketing?

Yes. We can be your fractional CMO, setting strategy and running the team, or work alongside your marketing lead and manage the specialists. Meet the team

How long is a sprint?

We set the length with you, based on the work.

How quickly can you start?

The public Growth Review starts after our first call. Paid work usually begins within a few days to two weeks of agreeing a proposal.
